Universal Medical College & Hospital Ltd. Former Aysha Memorial Specialized Hospital was established in 1996. The aim of this hospital is to serve people by providing the best health care services in Bangladesh. It became one of the most recognized and renowned hospitals in Bangladesh. Today, after one decade of serving people, it is now better known as Universal Medical College & Hospital Ltd. former Aysha Memorial Specialized Hospital (Pvt.) Ltd. (AMSHPL).
Then after the hospital was a huge success, they decided to establish a college. And finally Universal Medical College was established in 2013. This is a non-profitable college and it provides the best quality doctors who are most experienced. The college follows the motto “Smile for All”. They love to see people going back with a smiling face.

Universal Medical College Hospital contains 250 beds. It is a general hospital with a Medical College and Nursing institute. It is situated in the center of Dhaka. It provides the following care units:
